Despatch/Delivery –

PLEASE REMEMBER THERE IS NO DESPATCH OR DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS. Certain remote areas are unable to receive our Next Day service, please email us or call customer services if in any doubt.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery, please specify an alternate address if there will be no-one  to sign for your parcel. Once despatched we are unable to divert your parcel to an alternative address.

We will send you a confirmation email that we have received your order and also when your item(s) have been despatched.

If for any reason you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, please email us or call customer services

Please remember to include your Invoice Number, your full name and postcode when corresponding by email.

• STANDARD DELIVERY - £4.99 - (DELIVERY IN 5-7 WORKING DAYS) fixed rate per order (delivery to United Kingdom Mainland Only).

• SAME DAY DESPATCH -  £6.99 - Priority - Royal Mail Special Delivery or COURIER  -  (UK Mainland Only, order before 2pm Mon-Thu, Friday orders received before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday). No weekend despatch or deliveries. Please note deliveries may be made up to 17:30pm and during peak times even later in the evening.

• Where FREE delivery has been provided we may make a charge if goods are returned for refund and the order value drops below the free delivery level.

Returns -

PLEASE NOTE:

APOLOGIES, BUT DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR and SOCKS CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE OPENED.

If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us please return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price or an exchange (refunds do not normally include postage costs).

Simply follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed with your goods, and send the articles back to the address stated on the form.

Products returned must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original immediate packaging with all tags attached.

All returns should be adequately packed and be accompanied by the original invoice/completed returns form. Please respect returned garments as a handling fee may be applied if the above conditions are not complied with.

We advise you to always obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery) when returning goods and recommend you return items by Royal Mail.

The due amount will be credited to the card used for payment.

Please allow up to 21 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

Please inform us immediately (within the first 3 days of arrival), if any goods have been damaged in transit. After this time, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage.

Cancellation - You may cancel an order at any time by emailing us or by phoning or writing to us. We will send you a refund within 21 days. If goods have already been despatched customers are asked to return them unopened within 10 days of receipt prior to a refund being given.

Payment - We will debit your card when all items in your order have been identified as being in stock. If a problem is identified subsequently we will refund or contact you within 24 hours.
