PLEASE NOTE: APOLOGIES, BUT DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR and SOCKS CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE OPENED.

Christmas Returns Policy 2011
Any item purchased during December can be returned for exchange or refund as long as the item is received by us on or before Saturday 7th January 2012. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged during this time.



If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us please return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price or an exchange (refunds do not normally include postage costs).

Simply follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed with your order, and send the item(s) back to the address stated. Please read the conditions below:

- Products returned MUST be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original immediate packaging with all tags still attached.

- All returns should be adequately packed and be accompanied by the completed returns form.

- A handling fee may be applied if the above conditions are not complied with. We reserve the right to supply credit vouchers for returned items if the above conditions are not met.

Your first exchange is free, subsequent exchanges should be accompanied by a cheque for £4.99 to cover postage and should be made payable to BIGAbrands Ltd.

We advise you to always obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery) when returning goods and recommend you return items by Royal Mail.

Where a refund has been requested the amount will be credited to the card you used for your original payment.

Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

We will send your first exchange to you free of charge if you require a different size. We are only able to provide exchanges of the same product but in a different size.

Please inform us immediately (within the first 3 days of arrival), if any goods have been damaged in transit. After this time, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage.

CANCELLATION - You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. If goods have been despatched please let us know if you would prefer an exchange or refund. Please notify us either by email, phone or writing to us within 7 days of Your statutory rights are unaffected.
