- How to Order
Browse our site using the categories shown on the left of the screen and click "Add to Basket" button once you have selected the correct garment size.
You can see more pictures and larger images by clicking on "More Images" and then clicking on any image to see a larger version.
If you need to change any quantities simply click on "View Basket", amend the numbers as required and then click the "Update Basket" button to complete these changes.
- Checkout
Once you have added all the products you require click on "Basket" and click on the "Checkout" buttonon the right of the screen.
If you are a previous customer of Bigaclothing, click on the "my account" button at the top of the screen and enter your email address and password. Your details will be completed for you. If you have forgotten your password click on the link provided, the site will then email you a password reminder. If you are a new customer you will need to create a new account by clicking on the "create account" button and entering your details on the subsequent screens.
When you have completed the "checkout" process you will be forwarded to our partner company Protx who will securerly proccess your payment details.
- Order confirmation
You will receive an email confirming the order details and that your payment has been processed.
If there was a problem completing the order please check all your details are correct before trying again.
